GRAND RAPIDS, MI (July 18, 2012) – Restaurant Week Grand Rapids 2012 restaurant menus are now available for viewing on the newly updated RestaurantWeekGR.com website. The new website showcases all of the 60+ restaurants, their sumptuous 3-course menus for $25 or 2-for-$25 and allows viewers to search by location, type of restaurant and price range. Diners are encouraged to make their reservations early in order to guarantee a spot at their favorite participating restaurants.

Restaurant Week Grand Rapids has moved to a new summer timeframe in 2012 – August 15 through 25 – to capture the essence of the local West Michigan harvest. Participating restaurants are excited to be able to showcase their 3-course dinners at $25 per person – or 2 people-for-$25 with a farm-to-table emphasis. The definition of Farm-to-Table is “the promotion of locally based agriculture through education, community outreach and networking. Since 1997, the Farm-to-Table movement has worked to strengthen economic livelihoods of farmers by building connections to local markets, food institutions and restaurants.”
