Grand Rapids- With Dance Attack Workshops, there is no need to travel to a big city to learn from some of today’s best and recognizable dancers. Dance Attack Workshops will be bringing quality talent to West Michigan’s DeVos Place on Saturday, August 11th.
While ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ just celebrated their 200th episode this week, one former contestant is on the path to West Michigan. Season 4 contestant, Katee Shean, will be joined as instructors by Lady Gaga dancer, Alexandra Crenian, and Progressions dancer, Erin McCord.
Dance Attack is built around helping students, parents and studios learn from the best and have fun. The days of traveling all over Canada/USA and enormous bills at the end of weekend are gone! With rising travel expenses, accommodation and food costs, Dance Attack’s goal is to provide the same experience you will get from a big city production for half the cost— within driving distance.
Prices for the great event are $140 for advanced students and $125 for intermediate students. Observer passes are only $10. However, Dance Attack Workshops is offering an early-bird special: save $15 off the full price for those who register by July 15. Dancers can register at danceattackworkshop.com and must sign a waiver form that can be downloaded there. Full schedules can also be found at danceattackworkshop.com.
