Grand Rapids, MI – Van Andel Arena and DeVos Place are beginning their Fall Ticket Giveaway for fans on Facebook and friends on MySpace. The FaceSpace Fall Ticket Giveaway is part of the quarterly giveaways the arena and convention center/performing arts theater conduct on their social networking websites.
Fans and friends have a chance to win tickets to MSU vs. WMU Women’s Basketball on November 22 and Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring The World Famous Rockettes on November 23 at Van Andel Arena on the Van Andel Arena Facebook and MySpace pages. Tickets to Tyler Perry’s “Laugh to Keep From Crying” Stage Play on November 17th at DeVos Performance Hall will be available to win on the DeVos Place/DeVos Performance Hall Facebook and MySpace pages.
To enter, old and new friends are asked a question via a note on each of the venue’s Facebook fan pages and a blog on each of the MySpace profiles. This quarter, friends are asked what their favorite thing is about the fall season and why.
Each site will have a different giveaway time frame. DeVos Place/DeVos Performance Hall will run from Thursday, November 5th to Thursday, November 12th, and the winner will be announced on Friday, November 13th. Van Andel Arena’s Fall Giveaway will begin Monday, November 9th and run through Monday, November 16th, and the winner will be announced Tuesday, November 17th. All comments must be made by noon on the closing day of the contest. At that time, all the names will be entered into a drawing and the winning name will be announced on the note/blog. Ticket winners will have their tickets available at Will Call.
